Information we receive
When you email us, we receive your contact details and the information you choose to provide about your organization, work, or inquiry. Applicants may provide a CV, experience, preferred location, and other application information by email. Hosting and security providers process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request details, and security events. Do not send patient records, sensitive personal information, or confidential customer data in an unsolicited inquiry.
Why we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, discuss services, manage business relationships, assess applications, deliver the website, investigate failures, and prevent abuse. We may also use information to meet legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims. Where a lawful basis is required, we rely on legitimate interests in these business and security activities, contractual necessity where applicable, or legal obligations. Where we ask for consent for a separate purpose, you may withdraw it at any time.

We may disclose information where law requires it, to protect legal rights, or in a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Cookies and analytics
We do not currently use website analytics or marketing cookies. Our hosting and security services may use technologies needed to deliver the website and prevent abuse. If we add analytics or marketing technologies, we will update this notice and provide any choices required by applicable law before activating them.

Our service providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate contractual safeguards or other lawful transfer mechanisms. Contact us for information about the safeguards that apply to your information.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed for its business purpose, applicable legal obligations, and the establishment or defense of legal claims. We consider the nature of the inquiry or application, whether a business relationship or recruitment process continues, and relevant legal requirements when deciding retention. We use access controls and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. Customer software deployments have their own agreed security, retention, and deletion requirements.
